OK - week 1 out of the way so time for a quick review of how things are progressing: Well - the good news is, despite the weather playing havoc with the racing during the week, and a real struggle to get on any decent tennis matches i'm happy to post a profit of £1212.12 pence as of close of business Friday. And I took a day off on Saturday to reward myself. Starting with the tennis - an unbelievably slow start with the first 3 days only bringing in £100, fortunately, from thursday onwards i was able to bring in another £500 showing a respectable £601.27 profit on the tennis. It was very unusual to see such little action that i could get on - but patience is the key! Needed the day off on Saturday as the action has been mainly overnight - which probably also doesn't help volumes being traded. The remaing £610 pounds came from the horses, which was really encouraging given the number off meetings abandoned due to the weather! So, a good week for me given the conditions, but definetely hoping to get on a lot more this week. One excellent aspect was the performance of a horse laying method I have been testing over the last month to very low stakes, which has brought in a respectable £300 which, during testing is an excellent start, but more about that at a future date. So far so good! All the best
